Are you a driven sales professional with a technical mindset and a passion for building client relationships? Do you enjoy identifying opportunities, developing winning proposals, and helping businesses solve complex challenges?

We're looking for a Sales Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in expanding our consultancy, digital solutions, and training services across the UK.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing and executing sales strategies across the UK
  • Identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities
  • Growing and developing relationships with existing clients
  • Preparing high-quality commercial and technical proposals
  • Managing and maintaining an active sales pipeline
  • Following opportunities through to successful contract award
  • Maintaining CRM systems and proposal trackers
  • Attending client meetings, seminars, exhibitions, and trade events
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and business development campaigns
  • Providing regular sales forecasts and market intelligence updates

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from individuals who have:

  • Experience in technical sales, business development, proposals, or engineering services
  • Strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills
  • The ability to build long-term relationships and identify new opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for winning work
