Key Accounts Sales Consultant – Yorkshire Region
Covering Huddersfield, Halifax, Leeds, Stockport, Sheffield, Barnsley & surrounding areas

The Role: Key Accounts Sales Consultant
You’ll focus on winning high-value strategic accounts within the machine & device manufacturing sector. This is a “win team” role — identifying prospects, engaging senior stakeholders, and converting opportunities into long-term customers.
You’ll own the full sales cycle:
- Understanding technical and commercial requirements
- Designing tailored proposals
- Presenting value propositions to senior management, supply chain teams & engineers
- Building strong relationships across the value chain
- Delivering exceptional service and maintaining accurate CRM records

Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
- Develop sales through deep customer understanding and relationship building
- Identify and pursue new business within target accounts
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Champion company values in every interaction
Skills & Experience
- Technical understanding of automation or related engineering fields
- Proven B2B sales success, ideally with key accounts
- Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels
- Engineering qualification highly desirable
- Full driving licence + passport for occasional European/international travel
