A Rare Opportunity to Build Something Special

Are you an experienced CNC professional looking to move into technical sales, or an established Sales Engineer ready for a fresh challenge?

We're recruiting on behalf of an ambitious engineering business that is investing heavily in its future growth. This is a genuine opportunity to join at an exciting stage of the company's journey, where you'll have the autonomy to shape the role, influence future growth, and become a key part of the business.

Rather than stepping into an established territory with rigid processes, you'll have the chance to make the position your own, build long-term customer relationships, and play a significant role in expanding the company's presence within the manufacturing and engineering sector.

If you're driven, commercially minded, and passionate about engineering, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

The Role

As CNC Sales Engineer, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities while developing existing customer relationships across the engineering and manufacturing industry.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
