What You Will Do
- Develop and nurture strong and impactful key customer relationships with regular, proactive engagement.
- Be entrepreneurial to identify & experiment with new customer development opportunities.
- Support a consultative-selling approach to provide interconnect solutions that address identified customer needs.
- Align Business Unit and customer technology roadmaps to anticipate and address long-term requirements in key Datacom customers.
- Develop and be accountable for strategic customer growth plans (Playbooks) to meet our corporate goals for profitability, project pipeline development & conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and align support from various business units.
- Monitor and track industry trends (AI infrastructure, Power, High-Speed interconnects, liquid cooling, etc.), plus competitor trends, to provide valuable marketing intelligence and insights.
- Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities across datacom segments (Cooling, Power Infrastructure, Rack, Supercomputing & AI).

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Extensive years in business development or sales within datacom, or data centre markets.
- Strong network within OEMs, or infrastructure providers.
- Experience selling technical products (e.g., Connectors, Cabling, Fibre, Networking Hardware).
- Proven track record of winning complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Degree in electrical/mechanical engineering/industrial engineering or related field.
- Passion for sales and marketing, with a proven record of demand creation within the Datacom sector.
- A strategic planner but also a preparedness to experiment.
- Relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Previous experience/knowledge of the Datacom market, with a proven track record of customer penetration and growth.
- Experience selling technical products (e.g., Connectors, Cabling, Fibre, Networking Hardware).
- Familiarity with key ecosystem players.
- Understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes.
- Experience using SAP and Salesforce systems.
