About The Job

As a Sales Engineer in EMEA, you’ll support our regional sales team by demonstrating the value of Fireblocks’ infrastructure platform to prospective clients across various sectors. You’ll work closely with Sales Directors, Business Development Representatives, and Product Teams to deliver tailored technical solutions that address a wide range of customer needs; from asset custody to tokenization, DeFi access, and blockchain-based transaction flows.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with Sales Directors to deliver tailored product demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) that showcase Fireblocks’ platform capabilities.
- Solution Design: Assess client requirements and design technical solutions that integrate Fireblocks’ infrastructure into their digital asset operations. Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, and compliance standards.
- Technical Presentations: Present in-depth technical content to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives, across banking, fintech, Web3, and enterprise domains.
- Customer Engagement: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration with Fireblocks’ MPC-based Wallet Infrastructure and APIs.
- RFP Management: Lead the technical response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring accurate and compelling answers that align with client needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, R&D, and Security teams to address customer feedback and ensure solutions align with Fireblocks’ capabilities.
- Domain Expertise: Stay informed about trends and challenges in the blockchain, digital assets, and evolving use cases (e.g., custody, tokenization, payments, DeFi), positioning Fireblocks as a trusted technical advisor.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or similar technical pre-sales role in SaaS, fintech, blockchain, or cybersecurity.
- Technical proficiency with SaaS platforms, APIs, and security technologies.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused value propositions.
- Skilled in delivering tailored demos and engaging presentations to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for blockchain technology and its applications across industries.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
