About the Role & Team
As the AE's regional technical counterpart across the full customer lifecycle, you'll lead technical discovery and demos during the sales cycle, guide deployment and integration planning, and ensure seamless handoffs to Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering — setting customers up to succeed with Quanta from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with AEs through the pre-sales cycle; deliver standard and lightly customized Quanta demos.
- Map customer needs to Quanta packaging and coverage areas; coordinate with Deal Desk and Product.
- Own the technical motion for the region's complex deals; cross-train to back up the adjacent region's time zone (no single point of failure).
- Capture recurring technical objections and feed the enablement/FAQ library.
- Drive structured handoffs from sales into implementation/adoption, including customer requirements, integration needs, risks, and next-best technical actions.

What You Bring
- [4+] years in SaaS sales engineering/pre-sales; balanced technical and customer-facing skills.
- Comfortable with demos, basic integrations, and security conversations; AI/data product familiarity a plus.
- Regional market knowledge and language(s) as appropriate.
