We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer / Solutions Engineer with a strong background in Network Security across both IT and OT environments.

This is a highly client-facing, commercially focused role requiring someone who can operate confidently between technical security, presales, and senior customer stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical credibility within Network Security, proven presales experience, and an established network of Network Security Managers, Heads of Security, CISOs, and other senior decision-makers across the UK market.

This will be an initial 12 months+ contract with the opportunity for extension.

The position can be worked 100% remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a technical subject matter expert across Network Security, IT, and OT environments
  • Support the sales process from initial engagement through to solution design and delivery
  • Lead technical discovery sessions with customers and understand their security challenges
  • Develop and present technical solutions, architectures, proposals, and demonstrations
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify, qualify, and develop new opportunities
  • Engage with senior stakeholders including Network Security Managers, Heads of Infrastructure, CISOs, and Security Leaders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the Network Security community
  • Identify new opportunities through existing industry relationships and professional networks
  • Support customer workshops, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts
  • Translate complex security requirements into commercially viable solutions
  • Stay current with developments across Network Security, OT Security, Zero Trust, segmentation, and network protection
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and prospects

  • Strong professional background in Network Security
  • Experience working across both IT and OT environments
  • Proven Presales / Sales Engineering / Solutions Engineering experience
  • Strong understanding of network security architecture, infrastructure, and security technologies
  • Experience engaging directly with senior technical and security stakeholders
  • Demonstrable ability to develop customer relationships and identify opportunities
  • Strong presentation, communication, and consultative skills
  • Established network of contacts within the UK Network Security community
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Commercially minded with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach
