About Tenzai

Tenzai is the world’s first autonomous AI offensive security platform. While traditional tools provide static snapshots, Tenzai thinks and moves like an elite adversary, providing continuous, real-time validation of an enterprise's security posture. Led by veterans from Guardicore and Snyk, we are building a GTM team of "superstars" who are as transparent and friendly as they are driven.

About The Role

As one of our first Sales Engineers in EMEA, you are the technical half of the "Power Duo" on the territory. You will partner with the Regional Sales Director to navigate Fortune 500 environments, proving Tenzai’s value through seamless execution.

You are the Owner of the technical aspects of the sales cycle. While you’ll be supported by our world-class internal Security Researchers and Pen-Testers for deep-dive technical nuances, you are the primary technical face of the company, the strategist behind the trial, and the "voice of the field" for our Product team.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Technical Win: Lead the strategy and execution of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) from start to finish. You ensure the client's success criteria are met and exceeded.
  • Strategic Discovery: Work with the RSD to identify technical pain points within CISO organizations and map Tenzai’s autonomous capabilities to their specific needs.
  • The Bridge: Serve as the critical feedback loop between EMEA customers and our R&D/Product teams. You’ll translate field requirements into product evolution.
  • Technical Orchestration: Collaborate with our internal Security Researchers to deliver sophisticated demonstrations and technical deep-dives.
  • Solution Architecture: Explain how Tenzai integrates into a customer’s existing security stack (SIEM, SOAR, EDR) and help them visualize a more proactive security posture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • The Cyber Savvy Pro: You have 5+ years in Sales Engineering or Technical Account Management within the cybersecurity space, preferably in the Pen-Testing space.
  • PoC Powerhouse: You are highly organized and possess the "scrappy" independence to manage multiple complex enterprise trials simultaneously.
  • The Communicator: You can navigate a boardroom with a CISO and a Zoom room with a Security Architect. You are high-energy, articulate, and exceptionally clear. You are also fun to work with.
  • Founding Mindset: You thrive in an environment where the playbook is still being written. You are proactive in identifying ways to improve the GTM process.
  • Tech Depth: You understand the fundamentals of AppSec, networking, cloud infrastructure, and the "Attacker's Mindset," even if you aren't the one writing the exploits yourself.

Why Tenzai:

  • Working on problems that matter: Software is now written and deployed faster than it can be secured. Attackers are beginning to use AI to find vulnerabilities at scale. Tenzai exists to close that gap. It's a mission that requires elite hackers, and also sharp storytellers, wicked-smart operators, and experienced market builders.
  • Building a category in the making: Tenzai is defining a new category in cybersecurity. That means every team — from research and engineering to product, brand, and go-to-market — has a chance to shape how the industry understands and adopts autonomous security. If you thrive building something from zero and helping a new idea take hold in the world, keep reading.
  • Talent density: We believe small teams of exceptional people outperform large organizations. Tenzai was founded by veteran security experts and repeat entrepreneurs. We hire deliberately and value curiosity, initiative, and craftsmanship, whatever your discipline.
  • Creating real impact, quickly: Whether you're building systems, shaping product experiences, telling the story, or helping customers succeed, your work will immediately influence how organizations secure their software. We move quickly, keep teams lean, and give humans ownership.
  • Ambition with humility: We're tackling hard problems with a team that values deep expertise and thoughtful collaboration. Everyone here is learning, experimenting, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Plus, we love eating lunch together.
