About GTA Robotics
GTA Robotics is a premier technology partner revolutionising the construction sector. We empower construction teams to digitise and optimise workflows through high-precision robotics and automation. We are the official dealer for Mechasys, providing their industry-leading XR Projector technology, which delivers unrivalled accuracy and efficiency on building sites by eliminating costly manual layout processes. Complementing this, we also integrate advanced drilling solutions from CSC Robotics, offering a comprehensive suite of tools to scale productivity. We are rapidly expanding our footprint and seeking elite talent to join us in defining the future of construction.
The Mission
As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as the technical authority bridging the gap between complex BIM/geospatial data and the physical reality of vertical construction sites. Your mission is to replace traditional, labor-intensive surveying workflows with Mechasys's laser-accurate projection technology, ensuring precision and digital integrity throughout the build process.
You will lead technical implementations across high-rise and complex vertical structures, transforming how site teams interpret and execute digital plans. By mastering the integration of Mechasys and CSC Robotics solutions, you will empower contractors to achieve unrivalled accuracy, proving that high-precision robotics is the new standard for modern construction.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Workflow Integration
- CAD-to-Site Mastery: Lead the end-to-end technical workflow for high-rise projects, ensuring seamless translation of Revit/CAD models into millimeter-accurate site projections.
- Geospatial Expert Support: Provide high-level support for coordinate systems, control point setup, and data alignment, ensuring the digital model and physical slab are perfectly synchronized.
- Technical Liaison: Act as the critical link between the engineering office (VDC/BIM managers) and the field team, resolving technical discrepancies and optimizing digital workflows.
Field Execution & Technical Validation
- Validation Demonstrations: Execute "Proof of Concept" demonstrations on active sites, proving accuracy and productivity gains compared to traditional Total Stations and manual methods.
- Solution Optimization: Collaborate with customers to integrate advanced drilling solutions from CSC Robotics, scaling on-site productivity through technical expertise.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: Proven technical expertise in Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering with a strong track record in Construction Technology (ConTech).
