About the role

Are you a highly organized professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys supporting the development of innovative technology solutions? The Sales Engineering Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Sales Engineering team throughout the sales process by coordinating project activities, preparing technical documentation, and helping develop customer-focused solutions.

You'll work closely with Sales Engineers, Sales Representatives, and Operations teams to assist with solution design, project planning, and proposal development. Your work will directly contribute to delivering accurate, high-quality solutions that support customer success and business growth.

What you’ll be doing

As a member of the Sales Engineering team, you'll be responsible for supporting solution development, coordinating project activities, and ensuring accurate project documentation throughout the sales cycle. Your responsibilities will include:

Solution Development & Project Support

  • Work directly with Senior Sales Engineers to develop Bills of Materials (BOMs), network and wireless system designs, project estimates, and budgetary proposals.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of technical and sales-related project materials.
  • Support the development of customer-focused solutions that align with project requirements and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet customer expectations and company standards.

Project Coordination & Customer Engagement

  • Participate in customer site walks and site surveys to gather information necessary for solution design and project planning.
  • Attend internal and customer-facing meetings alongside Sales Engineering, Sales, and Operations team members.
  • Prepare and present project materials, design concepts, and supporting documentation during team and customer presentations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and customers throughout the sales and planning process.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
