Sales Engineer /Manager – South England (based on the experience)

Purpose of Position

To develop and expand Roto Pumps' business across South England by driving sales growth for Progressive Cavity Pumps, Twin Screw Pumps, rotary equipment, retrofit solutions, and spares while strengthening relationships with customers operating in wastewater, biogas, and process industries.

South East England (Preferably near London and surrounding industrial clusters)

Educational & Technical Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent preferred
  • Technical background in pumps preferably in PC pumps, rotary mechanical equipment, valves or fluid handling equipment.
  • Business qualification would be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 8-10 years' experience in industrial sales.
  • Experience in Pumps, Rotary Mechanical Equipment, Valves or Process Equipment.
  • Strong exposure to: Wastewater Industry, Biogas Industry, Process Industry, Industrial Manufacturing.
  • Well-established network with industrial customers, EPCs, OEMs and channel partners.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout South England.

Work Experience & Key Responsibilities

  • Develop sales opportunities across South England.
  • Acquire new customers and strengthen existing customer relationships.
  • Promote the complete Roto Pumps product portfolio including PCP Pumps, Twin Screw Pumps, Spares and Retrofit Solutions.
  • Deliver technical presentations and customer demonstrations.
  • Identify projects and work with EPCs, consultants and OEMs.
  • Achieve territory sales and profitability targets.
  • Conduct regular customer visits across assigned territory.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence reports.
  • Coordinate with service and application engineering teams for customer support.
  • Represent Roto Pumps in exhibitions, seminars and industry events.
