Leeds (LS15) | Full-time | Competitive Salary (DOE, discussed at interview)

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Sales & Enquiries Advisor to join our Customer Service team, based in our Leeds office.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the care sector and enjoys building relationships with people. Ideally, you will have experience working within older people's care, particularly residential and nursing care homes, and understand the journey families go through when considering care for a loved one.

You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, their families, healthcare professionals and other referrers, providing a professional, supportive and informative service from the initial enquiry through to admission.

About The Role

Working closely with our Home Managers and operational teams, you will manage enquiries across the Group and ensure prospective residents and their families receive a positive and seamless experience.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing inbound and outbound telephone, email and digital enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for prospective residents, families and healthcare professionals.
  • Understanding individual needs and providing clear, accurate information about our services.
  • Qualifying enquiries and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
  • Coordinating visits, assessments and follow-up calls.
  • Building positive and trusting relationships with prospective residents and their families.
  • Working closely with Home Managers and care teams to progress enquiries through to admission.
  • Maintaining accurate records of enquiries, conversations and outcomes using CRM/database systems.
  • Monitoring response times, enquiry progression and conversion against agreed targets.
  • Producing reports and information as required.
  • Contributing ideas to improve the enquiry, sales and admissions process.
  • Ensuring every interaction reflects our values and commitment to high-quality care.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
