About the Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-focused Sales Estimator & Administrator to join our team at our Farnborough office.
This is a full-time, office-based role where you'll play a vital part in supporting our Business Development and Sales team by preparing accurate quotations, managing enquiries, and ensuring our customers receive a professional and responsive service.
Working in a dynamic commercial environment, you'll become an integral part of the sales process, helping to convert opportunities into successful work, while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and customer care.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate customer quotations in a timely manner.
- Process incoming sales enquiries and respond to quotation requests.
- Support with day-to-day sales administrative tasks.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to obtain pricing and technical information.
- Follow up outstanding quotations and maintain accurate customer records.
- Manage and update CRM and internal management systems.
- Handle incoming telephone calls and emails professionally.
- Assist with order processing and general office administration.
- Help ensure quotations are delivered within agreed timescales and to a high standard.
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who is organised, enthusiastic, and enjoys working in a busy office environment. Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous experience in sales administration, estimating, quotations, customer service, or a similar commercial role.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confident verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience using CRM or job management systems (desirable).
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

Requirements
- Based within a reasonable commuting distance of Farnborough, Hampshire.
- Available to work full-time from our office (remote working is not available for this role).
- Full right to work in the UK.
