Sales & Events Coordinator – Reformer Pilates - London

Salary: £38,000, plus commission/bonus on targets
Location: Central London

My client is a design-led, community-driven Pilates brand delivering high-quality, inclusive movement experiences across our boutique London studios, including the central London flagship. We’re looking for an energetic, commercially minded Sales & Events Coordinator to drive memberships, class packs, corporate bookings, and private events at the flagship studio.

The Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, converting enquiries into sales while curating a calendar of events that brings our community together and attracts new audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and onboard studio guests; deliver exceptional front-of-house experience
  • Hit and exceed monthly sales targets for memberships, class packs, and retail
  • Manage inbound leads (phone, email, walk-ins, social) and maintain CRM pipeline
  • Develop and execute a local events programme: workshops, brand collabs, corporate wellness, launch parties, and community activations
  • Build relationships with local businesses, hotels, concierge teams, and wellness partners in Piccadilly
  • Support marketing initiatives: social content, email campaigns, and in-studio promotions
  • Track KPIs (conversion rates, retention, event ROI) and report to studio leadership
  • Represent Reformer Collective at external networking and partnership opportunities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
