At Cotswold Inns & Hotels, we pride ourselves on creating unforgettable experiences in some of the most beautiful locations in the Cotswold’s. Whether it’s a wedding reception, board meeting, holiday of a lifetime, or a Christmas feast, we believe in delivering warm hospitality and exceptional service with a personal touch every single day. The teams in our collection of characterful hotels thrive on individuality, integrity, and a deep connection to our communities. With Fuller’s values at our core – doing things the right way, being part of the family, celebrating individuality, and always asking what’s next? – we invite you to bring your true self and grow with us in a place where tradition and personality are both treasured.

The Bay Tree holds a magical ambiance that it has been remembered for, for centuries. Throughout the hotel the national trust colours are used from Farrow and Ball. Stonewalls, flagstone floors with open log fireplaces and wooden beams, create that home away from home feeling our guests seek.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
