Working 20.5 hours per week (with an exact pattern to be finalised) as part of an existing job share pattern, this is the perfect opportunity for someone with strong administration & customer and/or sales support skills, to join our experienced and welcoming Sales Excellence team.

Role Summary

Provide first class sales support to maintain and expand the UK and Irish Aftermarket operation, efficiently, effectively and predictably, embodying the voice of the customer.

  • Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Service
  • To be an active member of the Sales Excellence department communicating with all Aftermarket sales functions and supporting our team and Office Manager on a daily basis.

Main Tasks

  • Administration and reporting to identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement
  • Evaluate and maintain ERP and CRM systems
  • Customer backorder list preparation and inter-company order book reviews to support the achievement of departmental KPIs
  • Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders for the management of cashflow, receivables and payables in line with company targets and processes
  • Liaising and communicating with our warehouse and other business stakeholders on a daily basis, including service providers
  • Complete competency to manage customer concerns, complaints, returns and credit arrangements for complete ownership of end-to-end process
  • Co-ordination with Group regarding routine enquiries and instructions
  • Help implement new ideas, streamline processes and implement best practices. Engage and actively participate in Departmental and Company initiatives and projects
  • Co-ordinate and implement cover and cross-training for key tasks across the team
  • Provide and be accountable for; tools, content and training to ensure all departmental tasks are covered during absenteeism, annual leave and high demand periods
  • Embodying a continuous growth mindset in regards to learning and development, individually and as a team
