Join a team where you use your expertise in sales excellence to shape how Europe, Middle East and Africa Enterprise Partner Sales executes against its biggest opportunities. In this Sales Excellence Manager role, you partner closely with senior leaders to bring an independent, data-driven view of performance, risk and growth, and help translate strategy into an operating model that every manager can run. You will connect planning, business intelligence, and rhythm of business into one coherent system that drives consistent execution across segments, territories and partners.
You will play a critical role in orchestrating how the Systems Integrator business plans, inspects and delivers commercial impact across the region. You will lead the design and evolution of the business intelligence foundation, forecast and pipeline governance, and performance frameworks that underpin decision making. You will also coach sales managers and leaders on inspection, forecasting and coaching practices, raising the standard of sales process discipline while building capabilities that endure beyond individual cycles.

Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to sales and partner leadership, providing independent insights on business performance, risks, opportunities and priorities to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Lead business intelligence and performance management across the Enterprise Partner Sales business, developing reporting, dashboards, data models and analytical frameworks that translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Drive rhythm of business and execution discipline across the organisation, including forecasting, pipeline management, performance reviews, scorecards and key performance indicators, ensuring consistent measures and follow-through across teams.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Partner and Business Operations teams to translate business priorities into actionable plans across areas such as territory and capacity planning, portfolio strategy, resource allocation and business performance.
- Shape and support the execution strategy for the Systems Integrator business across Europe, Middle East and Africa, identifying growth opportunities and performance gaps and recommending changes in investment, coverage or business focus.
- Improve business processes and reporting through automation, data platforms and AI-enabled tools, establishing scalable approaches to business intelligence, analytics and operational decision-making.
- Lead change, readiness and capability-building initiatives across a matrixed organisation, influencing stakeholders without direct authority and enabling teams to adopt consistent processes, tools and ways of working.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or related field AND experience in sales, sales operations, business management, business development, programme management, consulting, finance, analytics or a related field OR equivalent experience.
- Experience using business, sales or financial data to identify insights, inform decisions and support business outcomes.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and influencing across functions in a matrixed organisation.
- Experience with business planning, rhythm of business, forecasting, pipeline management, performance management or KPI governance.
- Experience working with complex datasets and translating analysis into clear recommendations for business or executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing or managing business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, data models, semantic models, data pipelines or related reporting architecture.
- Experience with business intelligence and analytics technologies such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouse or data warehouse environments.
- Experience with automation, scripting or productivity technologies such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, Copilot or other AI-enabled tools.
- Experience supporting partner, channel, sales or go-to-market organisations in a complex regional or global environment.
- Experience with strategic planning, territory or capacity modelling, portfolio planning, or financial and scenario modelling.
- Experience leading organisational change, business transformation, readiness or capability-building initiatives.

Pay Information
Sales Excellence IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across United Kingdom is £ 79,700.00 - £ 133,900.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Find additional benefits and pay information here: United Kingdom Corporate Pay
Sales Excellence IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Denmark is kr 726,700.00 - kr 1,320,000.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Find additional benefits and pay information here: Denmark Corporate Pay
