Sales Excellence Manager M/F/D
You will report to the Marketing & Sales Managing Director - Senior Director West in the Sales based in Telford for a Permanent contract.
The Sales Excellence Manager M/F/D will be pivotal in enhancing commercial performance by optimising sales processes, empowering the sales team, and ensuring operational discipline across the Commercial and Customer Care teams at Hager. This role collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, Controlling, and Operations leadership to foster a high-performing, data-driven, and digital sales culture that consistently delivers results. As an active member of the Group Sales Excellence community, the manager will participate in core meetings and implement agreed-upon principles at the local level.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and continuously improve the end-to-end sales cycle, developing playbooks and removing roadblocks to increase sales efficiency.
- Monitor sales KPIs, pipeline performance and win rates, translating data into actionable insights and reliable revenue forecasts.
- Develop sales capabilities through best practices, training and coaching, working closely with sales leaders and teams.
- Optimize CRM and sales tools, ensuring effective usage, high data quality and identifying opportunities for automation.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and Operations to align lead generation, forecasting, pricing, order management and customer processes.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve sales productivity and commercial effectiveness through technology, analytics and best-in-class practices.
- Lead or contribute to strategic projects and support the organization in successfully adopting new processes and ways of working.

What You Bring
- Proven experience in Sales Operations, Sales Excellence, Commercial Management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Power BI and Excel.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
- A strategic and commercial mindset combined with a structured, data-driven and digital approach.
- The ability to influence without authority, collaborate across functions and drive change.
- Strong problem-solving and coaching skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
