B2B Sales Executive – AI SaaS

Location: Fully Remote, UK
Salary: £45,000 base + commission
Recruitment Partner: Searchability

The Opportunity

Searchability is working with a fast-growing AI technology company to recruit a B2B Sales Executive as they continue to expand their commercial team. The business has developed an AI-powered platform that helps organisations find and win funding and contracts, identifying relevant grants, tenders, RFPs and other commercial opportunities while using AI to support the application and bid process.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced B2B salesperson who wants to join an innovative, early-stage technology business and develop their experience within AI and SaaS.

The Role

You'll be responsible for developing new business, building relationships with prospective customers and communicating how the platform can solve genuine commercial challenges. You don't need to be an AI expert. We're looking for someone who either has experience selling software, SaaS, technology or another technical product, or has a genuine interest in technology and the ability to learn the product so they can confidently communicate its value to potential customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
