Sales Executive
We are working with a well-established, UK leading business who is looking to recruit a driven Sales Executive to join their Stockton office.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing, forward-thinking organisation known for its supportive, fast-paced culture, where ideas are valued and careers are built. If you're a self-motivated, target-driven salesperson who loves building relationships and closing deals, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
You'll be responsible for growing profitable sales across new and existing customers, building strong long-term relationships, and negotiating deals that hit both individual and team targets, all while delivering an excellent level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generating new business through cold calling, networking, and social media (including LinkedIn)
- Handling inbound sales enquiries, understanding customer requirements, and recommending the right solutions
- Producing quotations, following up, and upselling where appropriate to close the sale
- Meeting clients face to face, carrying out sales visits, and representing the business at industry events
- Keeping accurate, up-to-date records of leads, activity, and customer communications on the CRM system
- Managing and developing existing customer accounts
- Reviewing your own performance against monthly and annual targets
About You
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confident negotiator with strong commercial awareness
- Resilient, with a passion for customer service
- Previous sales experience, ideally within a B2B environment
