Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: London, Fitzrovia
Salary: £27,000 basic + bonus + benefits [OTE £34,000]

An exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s most celebrated content agencies. Think Publishing is continuing its growth and we’re looking for a commercially driven, ambitious and creatively minded Sales Executive to help lead the charge across a portfolio of key clients.

As the UK’s leading membership and branded content agency, Think engages with more than 4 million people through digital-first campaigns, thought-provoking print publications, in-person and virtual events and innovative partnerships. We’ve been recognised as the PPA Content Agency of the Year four times in the past five years, as well as a five-time Memcom Membership Agency of the Year winner - and we’re only just getting started!

About the Team:

The Think Sales team is ambitious, sociable and entrepreneurial. Generating more than £7 million in annual revenue across print, digital, sponsorship and partnership sales, we operate in a fast-paced environment built on trust, creativity and collaboration. The Role:

We have two roles available, selling a selection of our key recruitment marketing products on behalf of our membership clients. You will be actively promoting our range of recruitment solutions to new and existing clients through cold calling, email outreach and networking events.

You will lead the sales process from start to finish, so you will learn to identify new sales opportunities, and manage the existing advertisers in your account, ensuring everyone is happy.

You will quickly be given opportunities to sell our range of events and digital content, progressing your sales skillset and responsibilities.

Previous sales experience is not required as we will provide the sales training, sales support and the sales environment for you to learn, develop and thrive.

Qualifications:

More Details:

  • Start Date: September 2026
  • Location: Central London (Fitzrovia)
  • Work arrangements: 4 days per week in the office with one day remote, option to add more remote work days at a later stage.
