Recruitment Consultant
Location: Hinckley
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £26,000 + Uncapped Commission OTE £40k - £70k
The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Recruitment Consultant to join a fast-paced and ambitious recruitment team.
Working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing client relationships, and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.
This is a target-driven role with weekly and monthly KPIs, offering excellent earning potential for someone who is ambitious, motivated, and confident in building strong relationships.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Developing new business and identifying potential clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Sourcing and engaging suitable candidates
- Managing vacancies from initial brief through to placement
- Conducting candidate interviews and qualification calls
- Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process
- Working towards individual and team-based targets
- Developing knowledge of your market and becoming an expert

The Candidate
This opportunity would suit either an experienced Recruitment Consultant or someone with recruitment experience who is looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to develop their career.
You will ideally be:
- Ambitious and motivated by targets and earning potential
- Confident speaking with clients and candidates
- Comfortable with business development and outbound calls
- Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies
- Competitive and commercially minded
- A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Full training, ongoing development, and support will be provided.
Salary & Commission
- £26,000 basic salary + uncapped commission
- Typical OTE is approximately £40,000–£70,000+, depending on experience and performance, with significant earning potential for high performers.
- Commission is paid monthly and is directly linked to the revenue you generate, meaning there is no cap on how much you can earn.
