Role Description
AQuI Health Sales Executive
- Full-Time
- Self-Employed
- Remote
- B2B Sales
About AQuI Health
AQuI — the Adaptive Quotient Index — is a behavioural intelligence profiling system designed to help practitioners better understand how clients respond to pressure, disruption, uncertainty, and competing demands.
AQuI enables practitioners to identify behavioural patterns affecting engagement and follow-through, personalize client support, strengthen trust, and, where appropriate, signpost clients towards additional professional support.
Initial target markets include:
- Longevity and functional health clinics
- Private healthcare and personalized care providers
- Psychologists, therapists, and coaches
- Psychedelic therapy clinics
- Executive health and performance practitioners
- Multidisciplinary clinic groups
AQuI is developed by Medbay Neurocare Ltd as part of its wider behavioural intelligence platform.
The Role
We are seeking a commercially driven, self-employed AQuI Sales Executive to take full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospect identification and first contact through to demonstrations, follow-up, and license conversion.
This is not a high-volume scripted telesales role. AQuI is an emerging behavioral intelligence product requiring consultative selling, intelligent positioning, and the ability to communicate its practical value to clinic owners, senior clinicians, and practitioner-led businesses.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building a qualified prospect pipeline and converting suitable practitioners and organizations onto AQuI licenses.
Core Responsibilities
Prospecting and Pipeline Development
- Identify clinic owners, founders, medical directors, clinical leads, and senior practitioners within target sectors.
- Build structured prospect lists using LinkedIn, professional directories, industry networks, and direct research.
- Conduct targeted outreach through LinkedIn, email, telephone, and relevant professional communities.
- Develop referral relationships with practitioners, consultants, and sector partners.
- Maintain a consistent volume of qualified sales activity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
