Bluemanor Windows Ltd is a highly accredited, family-run home improvement company based in Braintree, Essex. The company specializes in the supply and installation of windows, doors, conservatories, orangeries, extensions, roofline, cladding, shutters, and driveways. Bluemanor serves a broad customer base across Essex, Suffolk, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and Greater London. The team is focused on delivering quality products, professional installation, and reliable customer service. Role Description

This is a full-time, Sales Executive role based in our Braintree showroom and visiting customers in their homes. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective and existing customers, provide product advice, and generate quotations for windows, doors, shutters, roofline, and cladding solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inquiries, conducting in-person consultations, following up on leads, preparing and presenting proposals, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial contact to order completion. The role involves meeting agreed sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience. The Sales Executive will represent Bluemanor Windows Ltd in a professional manner and support ongoing business growth in the region.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and confident presentation abilities.
  • Customer service skills with a focus on listening to customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and managing expectations professionally.
  • Basic numerical and IT skills for preparing quotes, using CRM or sales systems, and handling documentation accurately.
  • Knowledge or interest in home improvement products such as windows, doors, conservatories, and related solutions is highly beneficial.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively to handle multiple leads and appointments.
  • Ability to work on-site in Braintree and travel locally for customer visits as required.
  • Prior experience in field sales, retail sales, or a similar role is advantageous; a valid driving license and own vehicle is essential.
