At Allison Homes, we build more than houses, we build futures. Our mission is to make home ownership aspirational and attainable, delivering high-quality homes to communities across the Central and East of England, South West, and the East Midlands.

Our values (Trust, Teamwork, Kindness, Performance, and Passion) aren't just buzzwords. They're the backbone of our culture and everything we do. When you join us, you're not just taking on a job; you're becoming part of a collaborative team that celebrates success and supports each other every step of the way.

As a Sales Executive, you'll be the face of Allison Homes on-site, playing a key role in turning interest into happy homeowners. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll guide customers through their buying journey, from first contact to handing over the keys.

This is a role for someone who loves closing deals, building genuine relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
