We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our growing team at SeAH Wind, home to the world's largest Monopile Factory. This is your chance to be part of a pioneering renewable energy project, playing a key role in supporting the offshore wind industry and helping to create a more sustainable future.
As a Sales Executive, you will support the Sales Team and wider Commercial function with a range of administrative, reporting, commercial, and marketing activities. You will be involved in identifying and developing new business opportunities, supporting customer engagement, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. You will assist with commercial negotiations and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts progress efficiently from initial enquiry through to award.
Working closely with Technical, Project Management, and Commercial colleagues, you will help ensure customer requirements are fully understood and delivered, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and project execution. You will also be responsible for monitoring market trends, gathering intelligence on competitor activity, and supporting initiatives that strengthen SeAH Wind's position within the global offshore wind sector.

This is a full-time office-based role, with our head office located in Teesside. The position will also involve occasional travel across the UK and internationally to support customer engagement, industry events, and business development activities.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally hold a degree in Business, Marketing, Commercial Management, or a related discipline. However, we also welcome candidates with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, excellent commercial awareness, and the drive to build a successful career in sales. Strong communication skills, an analytical approach, and the ability to build effective working relationships are essential. A driving licence is essential.
