Help us change lives through healthcare.

Let's be honest. Most sales adverts promise "an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced environment." We're going to do things a little differently.

At Bionical Health, the work we do makes a genuine difference to patients and healthcare professionals across the UK. We're looking for an energetic, relationship-focused Sales Executive to help us grow our partnerships and connect more organisations with healthcare solutions that improve patient outcomes.

If you're naturally curious, love meeting new people, enjoy writing a winning proposal, and get a buzz from creating opportunities, you'll fit right in.

💡 What You'll Be Doing

  • Researching and identifying potential clients and key decision-makers
  • Building strong relationships through networking, outreach, LinkedIn and meaningful conversations
  • Creating campaigns that generate interest and engagement
  • Understanding prospects' challenges and identifying where our services can add value
  • Qualifying opportunities and arranging meetings for our New Business team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
