Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and schedule appointments with senior decision-makers for our experienced field sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from our pre-qualified data
  • Utilise effective communication skills to pique interest and create awareness about the products and services we offer
  • Gather information about the prospect's needs, budget, and decision-making process
  • Assess their qualification as potential customers using predefined criteria
  • Conduct follow-up calls or emails to nurture leads that require additional engagement
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system
  • Stay informed about the products and services we offer
  • Clearly articulate key features and benefits to generate interest with potential clients

Requirements

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or outbound calling
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage decision-makers quickly
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Resilient and positive mindset, with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work

  • A competitive starting salary of £30K, increasing to £32,500 after training and £35K upon meeting KPIs. Senior roles offer £40K, with an OTE of £70K and top performers earning £100K+
