Job Title: Sales Executive

Team: Leadscale Services (part of the Leadscale Limited group of companies)

Type: Permanent, Full Time, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm

Location: Hybrid (Remote-WFH and Angel, London)

Salary: £40-50k p.a + 31.25% OTE.

The basic salary is dependent on knowledge and experience. The incentive is uncapped, and accelerator applies to encourage excess achievement over 100% target

About the Team

Leadscale Services plan and activate multi-channel lead and demand generation programs, leveraging our proprietary technology to deliver highly efficient campaigns for major brands such as Zendesk, BMW, DocuSign and Ford.

We are a principled and technology-enabled marketing services firm, helping our advertisers leverage the moments that matter and find the ‘gold dust’ in their marketing relationships.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented sales professional to take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. You will win new business, forge lasting relationships, and play a key role in our ambitious growth plans.

You will excel in identifying, creating, and closing new opportunities, significantly contributing to our commercial success. The ideal candidate will also enjoy working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, founded on principles of transparency, output quality, and compliance with global industry standards.

This is a hybrid role, and you will need to balance working from home and working in our Angel, London office as required. The team currently work in the office at least twice a week.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Winning new business to achieve and exceed targets set by the Company.
  • Conducting research and identifying potential leads through channels like LinkedIn, industry events, and other platforms.
  • Building and maintaining target lists, identifying and validating prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Executing high-volume cold outreach via email, phone, and social media, engaging senior executives, decision-makers, and key influencers involved in demand generation.
  • Following up on inbound leads from websites, events, social media, and other channels.
  • Collaborating with the team to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Representing the company at client and networking events.
  • Developing a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry terminology.

What we are looking for:

  • Solid experience in B2B sales, within the demand/lead gen space.
  • Experience engaging with decision-makers in content syndication and demand generation programs.
  • Robust network of marketing contacts to leverage.
  • A strong understanding of B2B marketing and the demand generation process.
  • A good handle of performance marketing metrics and multi-channel strategies.
  • Experience with Pipedrive, Reply.io and other sales CRM & enablement tools.
  • A passion for exceeding expectations and delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A responsible professional. You are organised and able to effectively manage your own time.
  • A coachable and success-oriented mindset with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • You should have the right to work in the UK at the commencement of employment. Sponsorship is not offered for this role.
