This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Ruckinge. The Sales Executive will manage and grow a portfolio of customers, focusing on instrumentation solutions for pressure, temperature, and related measurement applications. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting new business
  • Responding to enquiries
  • Preparing quotations
  • Following up on leads to convert opportunities into sales

The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, coordinating with the technical team to understand client requirements, and recommending appropriate products from multiple manufacturers. The Sales Executive will also:

  • Update CRM records
  • Support order processing
  • Contribute to sales reporting and market feedback to help refine sales strategies

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and account management skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship building.
  • Experience in technical or industrial product sales, preferably within instrumentation, engineering, or related sectors.
  • Solid communication and negotiation abilities, with confidence in presenting solutions and handling customer enquiries.
  • Comfort with basic technical concepts related to pressure, temperature, and level measurement (training can be provided).
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and common office software for quotation, reporting, and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and operations teams while managing own workload and priorities.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is highly beneficial.
  • Relevant education in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
