We’re currently undergoing a bold rebrand and digital transformation to reshape the future of textile wholesale and elevate the customer experience.
We’re looking for a motivated, commercially sharp, client-focused Sales Executive to help drive revenue, deepen customer relationships, and play a key role in our next chapter of growth. Role will be focused on our strategic customer segment, who are primarily resellers or large production houses.

Job Description
Location: On-site (Edmonton, North London) & UK Travel Sales Trips
Job Type: Full Time including 1 Sunday per month
Salary: Competitive salary & performance-based compensation (post-probation)

Job Summary
As Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue and deepening client relationships. You’ll manage a portfolio of B2B clients, uncover new business opportunities, and help shape a best-in-class customer experience through proactive sales, strategic account management, and regular in-person visits.
We are open to structuring this role either as a full-time employed Sales Executive or, for the right candidate, as an independent Sales Agent operating on a commission-based arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationships & Account Management - Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients, building long-term relationships, understanding their evolving needs, and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities through regular communication and performance reviews.
- Sales Development & Revenue Generation - Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outbound engagement, and industry networking to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Client Visits & On-Site Service - Plan showroom appointments and conduct monthly sales trips to build relationships and identify growth opportunities with a professional, responsive service.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity within internal systems and participate in quarterly sales review.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with internal departments including buying & merchandising, marketing and warehouse departments to ensure alignment of strategy, consistency of service, and effective issue resolution.

What you’ll bring
- 2–3 years of demonstrable success in sales (preferably B2B, Physical product, Wholesale sales preferably textiles or equivalent)
- Experience as a sales agent an advantage
- A fast learner with strong common sense, a positive attitude, professional demeanour, and clear, effective communication skills and persuasive client-facing skills.
- Valid UK driving license and flexibility for travel
- Proficient with CRM and digital sales tools
- Commercially sharp and target-driven
