Job Title: Sales Executive
Summary
£24,000 per annum with OTE of £48,000 (uncapped commission)
Monday to Friday 8:45am – 5:30pm
25 days annual holiday

Overview
Since 2001, Baker Leasing has specialised in providing flexible finance solutions to organisations acquiring technology and other business assets. As well as assisting customers, we also partner a national network of market-leading IT and business asset resellers.
We are looking for an ambitious, results driven Sales Executive with B2B sales experience. The successful candidate will need to elevate company standards, achieve sales targets and exceed client's expectations. Primarily you will focus on lead generation and appointment booking through outbound calls working alongside our Sales Support Managers.

Responsibilities
- Outbound B2B calling
- Lead generation
- Appointment setting
- Working to KPI's and monthly targets
- Database management
Requirements:
- 2 years B2B sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Impeccable telephone manner
- Ability to shine as an individual or as a team player
- Structured sales approach
- Strong objection handling skills

This role is will ideally suit a person with ambition and drive. The natural progression for the suitable candidate will be to move into an external Business Development Manager role as a key account manager and be involved in face to face meetings. This progression will be fast tracked should you demonstrate the correct work ethic, positive attitude to learning and the above all ability to hit targets.
