Sales Executive – The Assembly Hair Portfolio

Location: The Assembly HQ, Shenfield Essex but with the requirement to visit clients and events

Salary: Competitive + commission

Start: As soon as possible

The Assembly is growing and we’re looking for a brilliant sales professional to join our team and help shape the next chapter of our hair portfolio.

We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Sales Executive to work across our growing portfolio of brands serving the professional hair and barbering industry.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves sales, events, brands and people and wants to play a genuine role in growing exciting, market-leading platforms rather than simply selling advertising space or exhibition stands.

The Portfolio

You’ll work across an exciting portfolio including:

  • HAIRCON – our dynamic, disruptive trade event for the professional hair and barbering industry.
  • Creative HEAD – an established and influential voice for professional hair, connecting brands with salons, stylists and industry leaders through print, digital and live experiences.
  • FADED – our premium print title dedicated to the professional barbering market.
  • Alongside our wider portfolio of awards, content, education and live experiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
