Your new role
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing new homes sales team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s passionate about property, confident in sales, and committed to helping people take their first step onto the property ladder.
Starting from our Bracknell office, you’ll then be based on site, with exciting new schemes launching in Maidenhead and Reading. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of a larger development or manage sales across multiple locations, guiding customers through their Shared Ownership journey. As the face of Abri Homes, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every buyer receives professional, honest, and supportive advice at every stage.
From first viewing to legal completion, you’ll be there every step of the way, understanding your customers’ needs and offering clear, expert advice throughout their home buying journey.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
