Sales Executive | High End Brand
Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £30,000 basic guarantee for your first 6 months, transitioning to a £15,000 basic salary with a realistic, high-earning potential of £50,000 uncapped OTE.
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Monday to Friday (4-day weekday rota), Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Sunday & Bank Holidays 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1 in 3 weekend rota). Enjoy a structured 5-day week with zero burnout!

Workload
- Engaging with showroom and online buyers, video walkarounds, quote preparation, recording customer interactions on Dealerweb, and managing long-term client relationships.

Role Overview
Seeking an enthusiastic Car Sales Executive / Retail Sales Consultant to join our growing showroom team. Whether you are an experienced retail professional or looking to launch your sales career in the motor trade, this role centers on customer communication, electronic product demonstrations, and tailored vehicle solutions.
Requirements
- Confident communication skills (in person, on video, and in writing).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to self-prioritize daily workload effectively.
- Positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
- Previous motor trade or general sales experience is great, but an eagerness to learn is all you really need!
- Must possess a full UK driving licence.

- Base: Eastbourne area (Free secure on-site parking).
