Car Sales Executive

Role: Car Sales Executive working with one of the UK's leading automotive groups selling new & used vehicles.

Compensation:

  • Excellent salary

Location: Salisbury

Salary: £21,000 basic per annum plus bonus OTE £55,000 (Uncapped)

Sales Executive Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Automotive sales is ESSENTIAL
  • Proven track record of success in achieving targets
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Sales Executive Job Role:

  • Generate new business by researching potential customers and their needs
  • Analyse the market and develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Negotiate with potential customers to secure the best outcome for the company
  • Maintain contact with existing customers, and up-sell additional products and services
  • Ensure that customer service levels are maintained
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team
