Car Sales Executive
Role: Car Sales Executive working with one of the UK's leading automotive groups selling new & used vehicles.
Compensation:
- Excellent salary

Location: Salisbury
Salary: £21,000 basic per annum plus bonus OTE £55,000 (Uncapped)

Sales Executive Requirements:
- Previous experience in Automotive sales is ESSENTIAL
- Proven track record of success in achieving targets
- Ability to develop relationships with customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Sales Executive Job Role:
- Generate new business by researching potential customers and their needs
- Analyse the market and develop and implement sales plans and strategies
- Negotiate with potential customers to secure the best outcome for the company
- Maintain contact with existing customers, and up-sell additional products and services
- Ensure that customer service levels are maintained
- Work autonomously and as part of a team
