Role Description
This is a full-time Lead Generation Executive role in a hybrid setup, based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some flexibility to work from home. The Lead Generation Executive will identify and qualify new business leads for Hermonstine’s consulting and advisory services, focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises. The role also involves tracking lead activity in CRM tools, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, and providing feedback on campaign performance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, data-informed, and comfortable engaging decision-makers in a professional, consultative manner.
Qualifications
- Lead generation skills, including identifying and qualifying new leads and building a strong sales pipeline.
- Market research capabilities to analyse target segments, industries, and decision-maker profiles.
- Strong communication skills for professional outreach via phone, email, and social platforms.
- Sales-oriented mindset, with the ability to nurture prospects and support consultative selling.
- Experience using CRM or lead management tools and basic proficiency with productivity software.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities independently.
- Strong interest or prior experience in sales, B2B services, consulting, or professional services is beneficial.
- Relevant education or training in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
