🚀 Telesales Executive – Sales Academy

💰 £25,000 basic + c. £40k OTE

Looking to break into sales and build a proper career? I’m working with an established UK business that is hiring 2 people into its Sales Academy, designed to develop ambitious, entry-level candidates into successful B2B sales professionals.

You’ll receive structured training, coaching and hands-on support while learning the fundamentals of B2B sales — prospecting, cold calling, objection handling, booking meetings and creating opportunities for the wider sales team.

The opportunity

  • Join a structured Sales Academy with ongoing coaching and development
  • Learn how to sell into small and mid-market businesses
  • Build strong prospecting, cold calling and objection-handling skills
  • Work towards clear meeting-booking targets
  • Generate qualified opportunities for experienced Field Sales professionals

Earnings

💰 £25,000 basic salary
💰 c. £29,800 when hitting meeting-booking targets
💰 c. £41,800 OTE based on target performance and conversion
