Ebony and Co is seeking an experienced Sales Executive (Project & Design Consultant) to join its London team on Savile Row.
About Ebony and Co
Ebony and Co creates handcrafted wide plank flooring and unique luxury wood environments using the world's finest wood. Our bespoke flooring, wall panelling, cladding and decking feature in prestigious residential and hospitality projects around the world.
We work closely with high-end interior designers, leading architects and private clients, combining exceptional craftsmanship with highly personalised service.
The Role
As Sales Executive, you will develop relationships with new and existing clients, identify sales opportunities and manage high-value projects from initial enquiry through to delivery and after-sales support.
This is as much a relationship-building role as a sales one. Our clients and the designers we work with return to us because of the connection they have with our team — not just the product. You'll be someone who enjoys the client dinner or the studio walk-through as much as closing the deal, and who understands that trust, built over time, is what wins the next project too.
This is a consultative sales and project management role requiring commercial awareness, excellent communication and a genuine interest in interior design, architecture and craftsmanship.
Your Responsibilities
- Generate sales through relationships with interior designers, contractors and private clients
- Identify and develop new leads and project opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with designers and architects — including through events, studio visits and client entertaining (lunches, dinners and the occasional evening out) that turn contacts into lasting partners
- Represent Ebony and Co at industry and design events, helping to strengthen our ties with the design community
- Present our products in the Savile Row showroom, at client locations or at our Dutch global showroom and production facility
- Guide clients through our collections, finishes and bespoke possibilities
- Prepare quotations, forecasts and project documentation
- Manage multiple projects from specification through to delivery and after-sales support
- Liaise with our sampling, production, logistics and installation teams
- Maintain accurate client and project information in our CRM system
- Deliver an exceptional and personal client experience at every stage

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
