Removals Sales Surveyor – Home-Based
Location: Home-based, covering the North of England and the Midlands
Benefits: Company lease car, fuel card and commission
Position: Permanent, Full Time

Are you an experienced Removals Sales Surveyor looking for a genuinely home-based position?
Our client, an established removals company, is looking for a Surveyor to cover the North of England and the Midlands. This newly created role offers a mix of video surveys and face-to-face customer appointments. You’ll usually spend around three days a week conducting surveys from home and two days visiting customers, depending on the volume and location of enquiries.
What you’ll do
You’ll manage customer enquiries for domestic and international removals, assess moving requirements, calculate volumes and prepare accurate quotations. You’ll advise customers on suitable moving services, follow up on enquiries and work closely with the operations and move management teams to turn bookings into successful moves.

What you’ll need
Previous experience surveying international household removals is essential. You’ll need to be confident conducting both video and in-person surveys, calculating volumes and preparing quotations from the outset. Strong customer service skills, a professional sales approach and a full UK driving licence are also required.
Birmingham is normally the furthest point south you’ll travel. Candidates based north of Birmingham, including Manchester, Liverpool, Cheshire, Lancashire and Yorkshire, would be well placed.

The package includes a company lease car, fuel card and monthly commission. Your first week will be at the Greater London head office, with reasonable travel and accommodation expenses paid.
