The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Frodsham. The Sales Executive will welcome customers, provide knowledgeable guidance on jewellery selections, and deliver a warm, tailored sales experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Managing customer enquiries
- Presenting product features and benefits
- Processing sales transactions
- Maintaining accurate records
The role also involves:
- Supporting visual merchandising, ensuring displays are inviting and well-presented
- Assisting with stock handling and inventory checks
- Contributing to local outreach efforts
- Helping build long-term customer relationships
- Upholding Prescott’s commitment to exceptional service and community engagement
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Sales and retail experience, ideally in jewellery, luxury goods, or a similar customer-focused environment.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in explaining product details and options.
- Attention to detail and basic numeracy skills for accurate transactions, stock handling, and record-keeping.
- Ability to work on-site in Frodsham on a full-time basis, including weekends and peak trading periods as needed.
- Professional, welcoming manner and a genuine interest in jewellery, craftsmanship, and local community engagement.
- Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic digital tools; willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Previous experience in an independent business or community-focused setting is an advantage.
