London – Field Based
£34,000 + Bonus + Vehicle
Kick-start your sales career with a globally recognised FMCG brand.
The Advocate Group are partnering with one of the world’s most recognisable FMCG brands as they continue to invest heavily in their UK field sales operation.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious graduate or early-career candidate looking to build a career in FMCG sales with a business known for developing talent and promoting from within.
You’ll be given your own London territory to manage, working with independent retailers and convenience stores to grow the brand’s presence, availability and visibility.
What you’ll be doing
This is a genuinely hands-on commercial role. You’ll be out in the market every day, building relationships with retailers and taking ownership of how the brand performs across your territory.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
