At Vertu Hyundai Edinburgh East, we're looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a brand renowned for innovation, cutting-edge technology, and an exciting range of petrol, hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and electric vehicles.
We're offering a basic salary of £29,000 with an OTE of £45,000, plus a company car and excellent company benefits.

About The Role
As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience from first enquiry through to vehicle handover and beyond.
You'll guide customers through every stage of the buying journey, helping them choose the right vehicle and ownership solution while building long-lasting relationships that encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Managing showroom, telephone, and online enquiries
- Demonstrating vehicles and explaining key features and benefits
- Presenting finance and additional product options professionally and compliantly
- Managing the complete customer journey from enquiry to delivery
- Achieving individual and team sales targets
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
To Be Successful In This Role, You'll Have
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends
- A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
