Company Description

JustBell is a Managed Security Provider company that helps landlords, property managers, developers, business owners, and short-term rental operators modernize existing buildings without costly or disruptive full system replacements. The company retrofits smart capabilities onto existing intercoms, gates, and entry systems in UK properties, using an IoT hub to enable mobile control, temporary access codes, remote management, and full entry logs. Typical upgrades are significantly more affordable than replacing legacy systems and can be completed with minimal disruption to residents and tenants. JustBell partners with a wide range of clients, including build-to-rent operators, Airbnb and short-let hosts, housing developers, letting agents, gyms, and care homes, offering practical, scalable solutions for connected property access.

Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Executive role based in London. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospects, and deliver tailored product demonstrations to landlords, property managers, developers, business owners, and short-term rental operators. Responsibilities include meeting with clients, understanding their building access challenges, preparing proposals and quotes, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, collaborating with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth installations, and providing feedback to improve product offerings. The Sales Executive will track performance against targets, maintain accurate CRM records, and represent JustBell at industry events and meetings.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
