Who are we

Everton Football Club is one of world sport's most respected and revered names - a by-word for innovation, professionalism and community.

During the course of a glittering history spanning three centuries, we have been shaped and guided by our aspirational motto Nil Satis Nisi Optimum - nothing but the best is good enough.

One of only three clubs to have been a founder member of both the Football League and Premier League, our Men’s Senior Team has played more games in English football's top-flight than any other, winning nine league titles, five FA Cups and a European Cup Winners’ Cup.

In summer 2025, we embarked on an exciting new journey at Hill Dickinson Stadium, a world-class waterfront arena on the banks of Liverpool’s iconic River Mersey. The newest, most sustainable and most accessible stadium in the Premier League, our new home is also a state-of-the-art 365-venue for non-footballing events and conferences.

On the pitch, we remain committed to developing and supporting teams across our Men’s, Women’s and Academy set-ups that inspire, bring pride and continue to compete at the highest level of the game.

About the opportunity

We are looking for a driven and passionate Sales Executive to join our Premium Sales team and play a key role in maximising revenue from our premium hospitality offering at our world-class stadium.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to help grow the Club’s premium customer base and deliver outstanding commercial results across a diverse portfolio of premium hospitality products.

You will be responsible for driving the sale and renewal of premium products, including hospitality memberships, premium seating, private suites, bars, restaurants and exclusive matchday experiences. Working across both B2B and B2C markets, you will build strong, long-term relationships with clients and customers, identify new commercial opportunities and provide an exceptional sales experience from initial enquiry through to conversion and renewal.

Other Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Proactively generating new business opportunities through outbound sales activity, lead generation, networking and market research.
  • Managing and developing a pipeline of prospective B2B and B2C clients to maximise conversion and revenue.
  • Selling a range of premium hospitality products, tailoring propositions to meet individual customer and business needs.
  • Managing the renewal and retention of existing premium clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across the portfolio.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and prospective customers, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the sales journey.
  • Conducting sales meetings, presentations, stadium tours and hospitality experiences to showcase the Club’s premium offering.
  • Negotiating commercial terms and high-value contracts, ensuring revenue and occupancy targets are achieved.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, opportunities and client information within the Club’s CRM system.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across Premium, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Hospitality and wider Club departments to maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Staying informed on market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
