New Business Sales Executive

OTE £40,000 to £50,000+

About Hairdreams

Hairdreams is a leading international hair extensions, hair thickening and hair loss solutions brand with more than 40 years of experience, working with salons and hair professionals around the world.

Known for our exceptional hair quality, innovative solutions and high standards of professional education, we help salons offer their clients solutions that can make a real difference, from adding length and volume to providing specialist solutions for thinning hair and hair loss.

At Hairdreams, it is all about feeling the difference. We combine premium products with expert education, training and ongoing support, giving our salon partners the knowledge and confidence to deliver outstanding results for their clients.

We're continuing to grow our UK salon network and are looking for an ambitious New Business Sales Executive who wants to grow with us.

The opportunity

This is a new business sales role with one clear focus: turning qualified opportunities into new Hairdreams salon partners and developing those relationships during their first six months with us.

Our marketing team runs continuous lead generation campaigns, providing you with a strong pipeline of sales qualified leads, with up to 50 opportunities per month.

You'll take those opportunities from initial conversation through to close. You'll speak with salon owners, understand their business and what they're looking to achieve, present the right Hairdreams solution, handle objections and agree the partnership.

The relationship doesn't end when you close the deal. Each new salon you bring on board will remain your account for the first six months.

During this time, you'll build the relationship, stay in regular contact and help develop the account, working alongside our internal team who will provide onboarding, training and ongoing support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Desirable

  • Previous B2B sales experience
  • Previous account management experience
  • Experience within the hair, beauty or professional salon industry

Based on a typical sales mix, 50 new partnerships per year can generate approximately £18,500 in commission on top of your base salary.
