Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Executive role based in West Bromwich with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a combination of office-based and work-from-home days. The Sales Executive will prospect and qualify leads, conduct sales calls and meetings, and present MasterMinds Junior’s digital services to potential clients.

  • Managing a sales pipeline
  • Preparing proposals and quotations
  • Negotiating terms
  • Closing deals aligned with revenue targets
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Coordinating with marketing and delivery teams to ensure service alignment
  • Updating CRM systems with accurate sales data
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
  • Providing input on sales strategies
  • Representing the company at networking events or online demos as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing.
  • Client-facing skills, such as relationship building, account management, and the ability to deliver clear, persuasive presentations.
  • Communication skills, including excellent spoken and written English, professional email etiquette, and confident phone and video call communication.
  • Analytical and organizational skills, including basic data analysis, forecasting, time management, and CRM or sales tracking proficiency.
  • A good understanding of digital services (e.g., Digital Marketing, SEO, Website Development, Graphic Design, Content Writing) or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Relevant experience in B2B or agency sales is beneficial, ideally within marketing or tech-related services.
  • A qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory; equivalent practical experience is valued.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, self-motivation, and the ability to meet targets with minimal supervision are important.
