🚀 We're hiring: Sales Executive | B2B Enterprise Software | London - hybrid

📍 London based
🏢 Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office.
✈️ Regular UK & European travel

We’re looking for a commercially driven Sales Executive to join an innovative technology company working with AI, digital assets, and privacy-preserving infrastructure.

This is a hands-on, full-cycle sales role for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing enterprise software deals, while also being highly comfortable representing the business at industry events.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to negotiation and close.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with new enterprise clients.
  • Develop a strong professional network and turn relationships and event opportunities into commercial deals.
  • Understand complex client challenges and position tailored software and consulting solutions.
  • Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities across the UK and Europe. Attend events that may take place during evenings and weekends.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity information through CRM systems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a track record of converting opportunities into revenue.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for events across the UK and Europe, with occasional travel further afield.

  • Ambitious, energetic, and adaptable, with the desire to grow into a more senior commercial role over time.
