Sales Executive
Clifton Moor, York
£29,941 basic salary + realistic OTE £40,000-£45,000
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Flexible working hours:
- 8.00am - 4.00pm
- 8.30am - 4.30pm
- 9.00am - 5.00pm
For over three decades, Autohorn has been helping businesses and motorists across the UK find the right vehicles through industry-leading leasing and fleet solutions.
Thanks to our continued success and ambitious growth plans, we're looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our friendly team at our Clifton Moor headquarters.
This isn't a cold calling role.
You will be speaking with customers who have already made an enquiry and are genuinely interested in our products and services. Your role is to understand what they're looking for, guide them through the process and deliver an outstanding customer experience from the first conversation through to the point of sale.

Duties include:
- Responding to inbound telephone and online enquiries
- Understanding customers' needs and recommending suitable vehicle solutions
- Guiding customers through the complete sales process
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Maximising opportunities to sell additional products, including insurance
- Contacting existing customers when they're ready for their next vehicle
- Keeping accurate records using our CRM system
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience on every enquiry
Skills and Experience:
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated and enjoys speaking with people.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience within a sales environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive and target-driven attitude
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience using CRM systems would be beneficial
