Sales Account Manager | Up to £60,000 OTE | Uncapped Commission
At We Finance Any Van, we're continuing to grow and are looking for ambitious, customer-focused sales professionals to join our high-performing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced telephone sales environment, enjoy building relationships, managing multiple stakeholders, and are motivated by uncapped earning potential.
Working with warm enquiries, you'll guide customers through a consultative sales journey while delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to completion.

As an Inbound Sales Consultant, you'll:
- Convert warm inbound enquiries into completed agreements
- Build rapport quickly and understand each customer's individual needs
- Manage multiple live opportunities simultaneously while maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Liaise with customers and third-party stakeholders throughout the sales process
- Negotiate effectively while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Deliver a high standard of customer service from enquiry through to completion
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Accurately manage customer information across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
We're interested in speaking with individuals who:
- Are confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills
- Have a consultative, relationship-led approach to sales
- Have experience within telesales, insurance, financial services, telecommunications, or other high-volume sales environments
- Are comfortable spending the majority of their day speaking with customers over the phone
- Can confidently manage multiple stakeholders, conversations, and tasks at the same time
- Are target-driven, resilient, and motivated by success
- Thrive under pressure and enjoy working towards ambitious goals
- Bring energy, positivity, and a strong closing mentality

Industry experience is not essential. Full product and sector training will be provided. We're primarily looking for candidates with strong communication skills, sales ability, and the confidence to manage a busy pipeline of opportunities.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm | One late shift per week: 10:00am – 7:00pm
- One weekend in three: Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm | Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
